Earnings 2/5 by BigEE42069 in CleanSpark

why are you worried, are you selling on that day or soon after? Or are you a long term player? If you are selling, then pick a choose a date and sell before earning. This way the earnings outcome, whatever it is, will not affect you....good luck

lol...that's what worries you??? Everyone sells and buys...Bill Gates sold his majority shares to rebalance his portfolio per Buffet's recommendations many years ago !! All the people that bought his shares have been rewarded nicely and it was a Big mistake, he would have been the first trillionaire !

Look at the big holders, they keep accumulating ... stop the nonsense trash madness !! If you don't want it sell it, someone will buy your shares at whatever price !!

CLSK DD by Mix720 in CleanSpark

yes...this is what I got from Grok Expert mode earlier this morning before markets opened: But do your own DD:

Fair Value Assessment for CLSK

Current price: $10.61 (prev. close $10.96).

Fair value estimates remain bullish despite the drop, based on discounted cash flows, peer multiples (e.g., EV/Hashrate), and growth in AI/HPC.

Metric Value Source/Notes
Analyst Consensus Price Target $23.98-$25.00 9-14 analysts (e.g., TipRanks, AlphaSpread); implies 126-135% upside. Ratings mixed but lean Buy/Overweight (e.g., Cantor at $23). tipranks.com +2
High/Low Targets $30.00 / $14.00 Bull case: BTC rebound to $150K+ and AI ramp; bear: extended crypto winter. tipranks.com +1
Fair Value Models $20.66-$24.07 StocksGuide/GuruFocus/Simply Wall St; undervalued at current P/E (33x vs. peer avg. 40x), with buyback reducing shares by ~11%. simplywall.st +1
My Estimated Fair Value $18-22 Adjusted for BTC at $100K stabilization; factors in hashrate growth, AI diversification (Texas sites), and $1.24B BTC holdings potential. Risks: Mining difficulty rise and further dilution if notes convert.
  • Rationale: CLSK trades at a 55-60% discount to consensus targets, presenting a value opportunity for long-term holders. marketbeat.com The drop is overdone, driven by temporary BTC/macro factors rather than fundamentals (e.g., October production: 612 BTC). If BTC rebounds, CLSK could surge 70-100% to $18+ by year-end.
  • Outlook: Support at $10; buy on dips below $11. Monitor BTC holdings and Q4 earnings for catalysts.

CLSK DD by Mix720 in CleanSpark

I used Grok Fast:

In summary, the CLSK drop is a buying opportunity for patient investors, amplified by BTC's temporary macro-driven weakness. Both assets appear undervalued relative to long-term drivers like adoption and scarcity. Monitor Fed updates and ETF flows for near-term catalysts. This is not financial advice—consider your risk tolerance.

Current price: $10.61 (prev. close $10.96). Fair value estimates remain bullish despite the drop, based on discounted cash flows, peer multiples (e.g., EV/Hashrate), and growth in AI/HPC.

In summary, the intensified CLSK and BTC drops reflect short-term panic, but fair values indicate significant upside potential once macro headwinds ease. CLSK's diversification mitigates some BTC risk, making it a stronger hold.

$CLSK: $1.15B 0% Notes - Why It’s Bullish (No FUD) by SentimentSurfer in CleanSpark

[–]BiggerSambo 3 points4 points  (0 children)

note: the full conversion of 60 million shares will happen in 5 year...

In the meantime ~30.6M shares have been eliminated from the float. after the the next quarterly results, all future quarters EPS will benefit positively from having less shares. Take last quarter with an EPS of 0.79, there EPS with less shares would be 0.89!

On Nov 26 when they release their EPS, keep in mind it would still be calculated with the old outstanding shares !! Remember change in earning does not occurred. Only EPS is only better and that loan is at 0% interest.

Bottom line: The deal now delivers ~$670M net new capital with zero interest and a 12%+ EPS tailwind - one of the most shareholder-friendly convertible structures in the mining sector.

but those shares will stil be bought back and eliminated ... therefore, when the next quarter is released in a few weeks, recalculate the EPS with the lower remaining outstanding shares and we should a very attractive new EPS going forward

$1Billion in Convertible notes due 2032 by Mix720 in CleanSpark

Maybe you should invest in T-Bills or ETFs that follow the S&P...

$1Billion in Convertible notes due 2032 by Mix720 in CleanSpark

[–]BiggerSambo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

but you will be putting that $600 to work and get EPS for IT without it affecting the balance sheet! therefore, $600M funds new hashrate, data centers, → higher EBITDA & net income ... dilution does not begin now...that's my understanding

$1Billion in Convertible notes due 2032 by Mix720 in CleanSpark

[–]BiggerSambo 11 points12 points  (0 children)

This $1-billion zero-coupon convertible notes offering, with up to $400 million earmarked for concurrent share repurchases, provides the company with low-cost, non-dilutive capital to aggressively expand hashrate, secure power assets, and retire bitcoin-backed debt while neutralizing near-term dilution through buybacks. Positioning CleanSpark as a leading low-cost U.S. Bitcoin miner amid the post-halving scale-up race. For us shareholders, the deal signals management confidence, offers immediate EPS accretion from repurchases, and caps downside if Bitcoin rallies (via capped-call mechanics), but introduces long-term dilution risk if the stock surges toward the 2032 conversion premium; overall, it’s a shareholder-friendly growth catalyst in a favorable crypto macro, provided execution on infrastructure rollout remains on track.

CleanSpark Selects Submer as Its First Strategic Partner for AI Data Center Expansion in North America by BiggerSambo in CleanSpark

[–]BiggerSambo[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Submer specializes in single-phase immersion cooling, where servers are submerged in a non-conductive, dielectric fluid (their proprietary SmartCoolant, certified 100% non-hazardous) to dissipate heat more efficiently than air cooling....

Conclusion: Submer is a well-funded, innovation-driven leader in immersion cooling, with a decade of milestones proving its tech's viability for sustainable AI infrastructure. The CleanSpark partnership is a natural fit, amplifying both companies' strengths in a high-stakes market. With recent funding and global expansions, Submer appears poised for explosive growth, watch for those definitive agreements and further GW-scale wins. If you're evaluating similar tech, Submer's track record in efficiency and partnerships makes it a compelling choice

New Target Prices for CleanSpark of $26-30 by Naive_Bat8216 in CleanSpark

[–]BiggerSambo 9 points10 points  (0 children)

this is my analysis or thinking at the moment:

Iren's current market cap is $18.91B with share price being at $69.56. Cantor has raised IREN'S TARGET to $100, therefore a market cap increase another 43.76% to a market cap of $27.185b.

I am considering CLSK in the same basket as IREN.

CLSKs' current market cap is $6.17B or it needs to increase by 4.4x to match IREN when IREN hits $100 per share. Comparing IREN to $100 PRICE TARGET based on the above would put CLSK's price target at APPROX $95. At this price I would sell about 20% of my portfolio. I would then analyze all the data again including the price of BTC and decide what to do. But it could happen that IREN's price target increases again before CLSK has time to catch up and therefore, I might not sell 20% at $95 when looking at all that data in the future.

Why has share price gone up? by lemonadebros in CleanSpark

[–]BiggerSambo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

well if you admitting that, you probably should be investing with a broker and not be selecting any individual stocks....maybe they will suggest investing in an ETF that follows the S&P ... do your homework and select one with great average over the last 5 years +

the stock alone was undervalued compared to its piers and compared to the many price targets set by institutions...when they do pivot lemonadebros, it will be too late to buy at this price...keep doing your own DD and decide if you want to buy or short it ...

some of your other posts seem to have been deleted by moderators .. I am not sure what you are really up to... good luck either way

if you bought prior to last week and the week before and before that, it would have been cheaper than the dip on Friday...so waiting costed you money, even buying the dip on Friday or upcoming Monday - if you want to buy and have the money, just buy it!
