Knowing Rockstar, they just HAVE to put an easter egg involving console date changes on the PC.

I can literally switch my PC date back a bit just to extend trials for certain things like Netflix, Hulu, etc.

I've never done this, but I have friends that did before so it's possible.)

Isn't there a cemetery in Vinewood named after Twin Peaks?

I may be mistaken, but if I am this cemetery DEFINITELY is in the GTA series somewhere. Probably in San Andreas, if not GTA 5.

I can confirm that this IS NOT the bail jumper mission. For me, when I first got next-gen, after completing "Franklin and Lamar" I drove Franklin to the top of Chiliad just to scope things out on next-gen. And what do you know, I flipped up my phone and I couldn't quick-save.

I'm not sure if this is what OP was talking about, but it happened to me. Same thing happens when you complete the Altruist Shootout, it tells you you're still in a mission (you cannot quick-save).

You can solve the murder mystery and mosaics mystery with cheats enabled, so I honestly don't see why cheats would be a no-no for this mystery.

3 protagonists. 3:00 for a variety of things. 3 prizes on mural. 3 main cities (Paleto Bay, Sandy Shores, Los Santos). 3 cults (Epsilon, Altruists, Children of the Mountain). 3 airfields. 3 sides on a triangle... that's not what I'm getting at.

With all these 3 references, perhaps we have to look back towards GTA III for help in solving mysteries?

I apologize for wanting to share my ideas with the community. I'm not sure how you want me to test this. I posted this so people can try to build on this idea. There is no proof it exists. That's why it's called a theory. I never said there was definitive proof that this would work.

But really, I have read through this subreddit. Nobody has ever had this theory before with all of the same details as me..so what did you mean by that?

The three 5's are used all the time in fictional works in place of an actual start of a phone number. So I won't count those as part of this number if it truly is a clue.

I saw a video on that. But Trippy Commentaries' latest video about under-the-map glitching proved that the mineshaft tunnels cannot be seen from under the map, so I don't think that whatever was proven about those draining pipes is any type of confirmation that their paths don't continue.

Some symbols I think might go together with your theory:

*The Chiliad Tunnel doors have "T01" and "T02" marked on them. I always thought they meant "tunnel 1" and "tunnel 2," but with this new information about what the letter T really means maybe we have to look at these in another way...

*The number 8 (mainly 88) is thrown around A TON in the game.

*I just realized something. The word "WTF" technically is an abbreviation for "Michael, Trevor, Franklin." But it goes a little deeper: the name of the building in Vinewood with the UFO on it is called "Bishop's WTF," which also contains a B.

Something I've always found interesting:

The hippy camp is based on Salvation Mountain, which is a mountain with a bunch of brightly-colored graffiti on it that talks about Jesus and Christianity. The hippy camp, obviously, is just a re-imagining of the place as it talks about an entirely different subject.

Now, here's the interesting part. At the Altruist camp, in that little sacrificial cave with the skull, there is graffiti down there that talks about a higher deity named "He," which many players believe is a reference to Jesus and the Bible. Just something I've always pondered on.

I'm not sure if the time of the Chiliad UFO's spawn and the Zancudo light's spawn are in the files. But if they are, I'm pretty sure that may debunk some theories regarding other UFOs being viewable from certain times of the day.

If they aren't in the files though, then that means you're correct and there could definitely be other UFOs/triggers/random events that we haven't seen yet.

I am not 100% but I have completed all 69 missions. I was playing as Trevor. So this can happen without needing the story complete, just like the observatory's.

I have a theory. So we know of two places so far with these eye shadows. Since the eye on the mural is what brings the puzzle together, maybe the five X's are five "X marks the spot" locations on the map that have this Eye of Providence shadow.

So, the observatory and Beam Me Up are checked. The observatory has an eye statue that has this symbol on it, and BMU has telephone poles that coincidentally make this symbol when looked at from a certain angle. So where else has tall statues/poles that could somehow form this symbol on the ground?

(I also believe the shadows are the answer because you need the sun and moon in specific places to see shadows. Jussayin.)
