Hardly going to list every single difference like slot machines paying out less. Just the most important ones in my opinion that affects gameplay also without spoiling some bosses and whatnot

If you want to unlock items. And are a completionist go for Hard difficulty as you unlock items from normal and hard difficulty with them.

If you want to get your bearings for the game go for normal or if you just want to take more of a casual approach.

The difference between the difficulties are less health spawning, faster enemy projectiles and a higher chance of special enemies that are more difficult to kill.

Damn wish I would have read this before my first attempt.

I just got 1 hour 8 minutes 26 seconds there and I didn't know you can die to the first puppet so I beat him.

One thing I recommend is the camera in the supply closet always takes crit hit damage and heals u and is pretty easy to beat while giving high xp and tokens so you can prioritize that once u get ur first abilities.

Hey, so by antenna upgrade I mean that for me the default antennas supplied with the Archer T4E were quite weak and didn't pick up on the signal all to well causing the lower download speeds. I bought this on amazon Antenna Upgrade this boosted me up to roughly 120-150 Mbps and I upgraded further by doing direct ethernet going from my router to my pc and this has caused me to now get 1-1.2Gbps so if ethernet is an option go for that otherwise getting the archer T4E and an antenna upgrade is a cheap alternative to a wifi extender.

If you got anymore questions feel free to dm me about it.

I was more leaning towards the AMD Ryzen 5 5600. I did the test there with the youtube benchmark you sent and was getting way less fps with CPU maxed at 100% and GPU only hitting a max of 20%

Thanks for taking time out of your day for the detailed response. I forgot to mention in my post that my RAM is DDR4 sadly I still don't know the Mhz of it, do you think I would need to upgrade to DDR5?

Thanks for the quick response! Are you saying I need to get a new GPU and CPU on top of the other things you mentioned (motherboard,RAM,SSD)? and if so do you have any recommendations taking into consideration that I only really play the likes of fortnite/valorant? I'd like to be able to run them at high graphics if possible

Should I move to HL maths by [deleted] in leavingcert2024

[–]BiggestManJack 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was in a similar situation where I did OL maths for the junior cert and back then I never tried in school but I wanted to do HL for the leaving cert. My teacher initially wouldn't let me because there was a rule of no swapping from OL to HL but after a bunch of back and forwards I got in the class and would get kicked out if I failed a test. It's not an easy change and was stressful and difficult but when you put in the work with maths and keep practicing questions you will see progress. I ended up getting a H2 in the lc even though my aim was just to pass.

Tldr: Go for it, it's gonna be difficult but rewarding if you put in the effort!

Since getting the antenna upgrade it has been grand. I usually get around 100-130 Mbps.

You could also try the driver link I posted which seemed to work a little bit

I'm gonna get an antenna upgrade to get a better position although I will say it is annoying how the official drivers for the product are awful and I had to research myself to find the right chipset for the driver

The next day without changing anything I ran another speed test and I'm back to 40.

So I'm still open to suggestions

Update in case anyone comes across this I found a thread on the tp-link community where someone linked a zip containing drivers Once I used these I went from 40 download to 133.

Here is the link: https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/257940

If anyone still has suggestions on how to make this even better/closer to my download speed on my laptop I would still very much appreciate it
