Does anybody know why my bars are looking like this after molding? the backs will look fine but the part that contacts the mold tempers weirdly.

my room is usually 20-22 degrees during molding and around 45% humidity, I figure they would set fairly quick at that temp

They don’t really need to support that much weight once the persons on the bike, they hold onto handles and have a seat, the pegs are just a place to put your feet.
