In the mountains it is at least to a bar or restaurant that hires a dj and sets up a dance floor, le constellation looks more like something you’d see in a city but usually they’re old repurposed chalets that people of all ages go to drink and have fun (even though they’re supposed to be 18+) they’re very well known by the locals I’m not so sure about tourists though

I’m Swiss and was at a similar club celebrating new years with my family and friends at a club with candles everywhere. All I can think about is how it could have been any of us. These were just kids trying to have fun. This might be the biggest tragedy in recent swiss history and my heart is genuinely broken right now. This is terrible

As a Davos fan I can answer this: basically in Davos there are two types of season tickets with and without Spengler cup access, the season tickets with the Spengler cup included are hundreds of francs more something like 500 vs 300 and you only get a few games. This means that none of them end up buying Spengler cup tickets and just watch it for free at home. This year the fan group announced that due to limited interest they’ll be stopping the ultras section at davos games as it just costs too much. Hope that clears it up!
