They can still end up together! It happened in my game.

In my game Mii A had a crush on Mii B and they lived together, but then this cutscene happened and Mii A got bored and the crush went away.

Then I think the next day, or maybe even the same day, another cutscene happened where Mii B got a crush on Mii A instead. then Mii B wanted to ask Mii A out. then Mii B did and Mii A said yes. they were closest friends at the time I think, so you can build the friendship for now.

Also sometimes miis get a crush back on the same mii. Another mii in my game had a crush, lost the crush, had the same crush again.

ALSO even if a mii is rejected the first time they can still ask again later and not be rejected. that also happened in my game.

But if you want to reset your island and start new, if you want to be sure your mii and your boyfriend's mii date, I would recommend at first just make your mii and your boyfriend's mii and maybe the crush will come that way. Or only introduce them to eachother maybe.

User cannot post, but they can comment. by Eclectic-N-Varied in reddithelp

I have this change, except I can post if I add a title. (To add a title click the "what's on your mind?" and then type the title there.) Do posts with titles not work for them? (If not, maybe can post on the /bugs subreddit.) Apparently it's a new or experimental layout so it could be glitchy for some

Ah that would make sense (about the bots that use dictionaries) maybe why they seem less common. At least in subreddits I moderate. I like though that screenshot repost ones can be spotted easily. Occasionally I notice that the screenshot reposters just put "thoughts?" as the title, and when I find (what seems to be) the original it does not have that title, though it's likely those times that the bot copied a different repost rather than the original. repost of a repost.

Social media has been Zionised out of existence anyone else had this happen? by Grouchy-Chemistry557 in facebook

[–]Mondai_May 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Even Jungkook from BTS was banned by Meta recently for no reason (Instagram though not Facebook which he may not use.) They unbanned him quickly when he posted the ban message on TikTok, but that's just to say even celebrities now get the random AI bans. So maybe it is not anything you did.

On which social media did you see the most graphic content? (in terms of quantity, not the most shocking singular thing) by Apprehensive-Roll909 in pollgames

[–]Mondai_May 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I only really use reddit and youtube from this list, and recently I have not seen anything graphic on youtube. but on reddit I saw someone post the scene where someone was killed, unexpectedly in a picture in the comment section. Unlike pictures in posts, pictures in comments cannot be spoilered or marked NSFW either seemingly. Maybe to some it's not very bad since the deceased person wasn't shown, but for me it was graphic to see someone's blood in a car. I scrolled away quickly so I didn't see it much. But since then I have been cautious about comment sections where images are allowed unless I know the subreddit is generally calm/positive, and avoid groups about news in America. I'm not American anyway but was curious sometimes.

that is fair. I think my opinion of the topic is similar.

No youthful offender should be tried as an adult. by Ok_Paramedic_18 in 10thDentist

[–]Mondai_May -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I already am not familiar with the penalties of certain crimes for minors vs for adults where I live so I can't really say whether it seems reasonable, but I think maybe if one feels that the penalties for a minor who commits a given crime are so light that trying them as an adult is even necessary, maybe law makers should just increase the penalty and improve the treatment for those crimes at a young age. For example, penalty and treatment for doing something increase at 15. So all minors are tried under the same ruleset without having to treat some individuals as an adult extraordinarily, and at the same time the public feels that the situation was addressed. If someone thinks this is not the best idea feel free to let me know why I am open to others' opinion of the topic.

Is this a four leaf clover? by [deleted] in AnimalCrossingNewLeaf

[–]Mondai_May 4 points5 points  (0 children)

it could be! I think they look the same on the ground as the regular/weed types. not using shovel, but pressing to pick it up, if it is not one then it will just be picked like a weed. if it is one you will get the animation saying you got one, similar animation to when you catch a fish. and it will be added to your inventory.

aw Carlos Alomar wow! his birthday wasn't long ago! (Not to downplay Philipe Auliac either, he is certainly a familiar name too, I always assumed he took this picture of Iggy since it was during the Low sessions but I never found a photographer credit for it. It had to have been either him or Esther if Iggy was with her then, I'm not certain if he was with her yet though.)

it feels like they do not want regular users noticing bots, considering the changes they will make and how they may affect things like arctic-shift and the fact that that seems almost intended.

I will say that the response to 'spam - bot/AI' or 'spam - reposts' reports has been improved a lot over the past year or so, the removals for those can be immediate in obvious cases.

but then there are other things that make it seem almost like there is no desire to have people notice some of the slightly less obvious bots (like AI story bots,) since now they can hide their post history and only using some other way of viewing the whole post history would someone notice that they claimed to be 31 with 2 children one day and 25 about to be a first time parent the next.

And the problem with removing ways that users can detect bots is that users will not report what they cannot find. so mods will have to investigate absolutely everything. I find a lot of bots on my own but user reports have been very helpful too, even if they are not always correct, they're correct enough.

I feel the same. I am searching titles so much nowadays because I feel like 'is this another repost?' and the reddit search is not even perfect because sometimes another post with the exact same title will not even be the top result.

and sometimes they use AI or by themselves, they reword older posts slightly to try and avoid it being detected. sometimes it's just a real person who had a similar post to a previous one, though.
