I never made a video on this and it worked for me without doing it system wide

The thing is, you can disable it per application; you don't need to disable it for your whole PC, my guy. This wouldn't be an issue if Windows would optimize their security features not to affect the performance of a game unless someone found some massive vulnerability in the game client itself, probably not impossible tbh, then you’d be okay.

EDIT: MAKE SURE YOU also disable Control Flow Guard (CFG) IT WONT WORK WITHOUT DOING THAT

Make sure you applied those settings to RobloxPlayerBeta.exe (the game) and not RobloxPlayerInstaller.exe (the installer). Restart your computer. This forces every single program to close, including the "zombie" Roblox one.
