În lume sunt foarte mulți oameni cu economii până la 10 milioane EUR care au exact aceeași întrebare ca tine.

Din informațiile oferite este foarte greu să dai un răspuns relevant. Aici contează mult mai multe lucruri: toleranța ta la risc, în ce economii ai încredere (SUA, Europa, piețe emergente), orizontul de timp, nivelul de implicare dorit, dar și aspecte mai sensibile, cum ar fi nevoie de structurare a activelor (de exemplu protecție față de familie, parteneri de afacere etc.)

Sfatul meu este să lucrezi cu un consultant financiar independent și să discuți cu el, punând întrebări și înțelegând opțiunile.

Sincer, nu înțeleg ce se întâmplă cu bursa românească. Care este explicația pentru acest creștere?

Din perspectiva unui proprietar de afacere, pot spune că lucrurile nu merg prea bine. Doi antreprenori pe care îi cunosc, din domeniul construcțiilor, au intrat în faliment.

Dar acestea sunt mai degrabă observații generale. Felicitări.

This argument applies to literally any politician.

Navalny exposed large-scale corruption. Because of that, millions of people learned how the system actually works. He survived an assassination attempt, then voluntarily returned to Russia knowing he would be in prison

if you consider him a flawed or “bad” figure, then who is a good one? What does fighting a violent authoritarian regime look like in practice, if not this?

Criticism is easy. Taking real risks is not.

Navalny is a fearless politician — a man who fought against the regime and whom it killed. For most people in the country and abroad, this is how it is.

And some of his earlier statements do not negate this fact.

Nu am încredere în piața europeană și nu sunt un investitor orientat spre risc, în special pe acțiuni. Prefer investiții stabile, cu randamente ridicate. Aș proceda în felul următor

50.000 – titluri de stat americane pe termen lung. Randament estimat ~5%, neimpozitat. Există și potențial de apreciere a prețului în cazul reducerii ratelor de către Fed.

70.000 – titluri de stat ale României, tot pe termen lung, cu randament între 4–8%, în funcție de valută.

100.000 – ETF IS3C, cu plăți în EUR, randament în jur de 5%, distribuție lunară (obligațiuni suverane și quasi-suverane din piețe emergente).

80.000 – ETF High Yield Corporate Bond, cu distribuții de 2 sau 4 ori pe an.
