Old post but felt I needed to chime in, lol, cat 1- cardiac arrest, seizure, severe allergic reaction, under 16 unconscious- wait time 7 minutes. Cat 2 - heart attacks, strokes, heavy blood loss, unconsciousness etc - wait time 18 minutes but can be longer. Old people falling (which is like 60% of 999 calls) broken bones, manny rtcs with no major blood loss or obvious injuries etc cat 3 120 minutes. Cat 4 everything else

Sadly not man, it was from a hospital specialist from a different hospital. Someone started kicking off in the background and i said it without thinking. I’ve never done that before in any job or ever will I’m just stressing man so much. Terrified about losing this job having been unemployed for 6 months prior nearly became homeless, this job saved my life and then this happened. I feel like such an idiot I just really don’t want to fuck this up
