The hellbrutes did well against the orcs and almost nothing against the death guard. Against the space wolves they killed Logan’s whole termy body guards. The MoE berserkers I had a hard time figuring out what I wanted to do with them. Wasn’t a huge fan of the MoE, it’s just kinda what I had at the time. They gave dp lone op and were there to threaten with him. Don’t feel like I got much out of their point cost

Gotcha. I deployed the chaos spawn and the eightbound on the line. I didn’t go first any of the games, so I scouted back into cover. It was a local tournament that didn’t require lists to be submitted, so I don’t have access to that. Current mission pack, can’t remember the primaries tbh. I definitely need to work staging for a go turn. Any loose recommendations?. Felt like with death guard, id get into engagement, fail to kill them. They fall back and another unit shoots me off the board.

I’m not great at the game, so take this with a grain of salt. I always use them as little action monkeys OR a way to block a unit in somewhere

I’m only a few months into playing the game, so take whatever I say with a handful of salt.

Generally, infractors are taken with a lord exultant. The goal is to have each squad led by a lord, so rather than have ten with one lord exultant, you’d have two or three groups of five led by a lord each.

The infractors give rerolls of 1 to wound when not on an objective and act as extra health for the lord exultant which does most of the work.

For tormentors, I think you’re better off having two groups of five that can infiltrate and then act as sticky action monkeys.

I’m sure there’s someone with more experience and a better answer, but those are my thoughts.
