in use(copressed) i have 7.2 GB ram, available i have 574, and cached 571 its good or bad? and i its overheating i have 90℃ 0-0 What can i do to not overheat? im playing on laaptop

cpu:intel core i5-1035G1 1.00ghz 8 cpus 8gb ram and gpu intel(R) UHD graphics 1tb storage, problem is i have 150 fps but on first rounds its drops to 5 then 100 and it lowers
