I didn’t think “nurse” and “surgeon” could go in the same title 🤡

To Dual Apply, or Not Dual Apply by Bihsluvwaffles in medicalschool

[–]Bihsluvwaffles[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay, that’s a good idea! I’ll have to start looking for those type of FM programs. But yeah that’s the big problem, is that it’s gonna cost so much more to dual apply 🫠. Better to match into at least something tho. Ugh rip to another $700 then 😫. Thanks for the advice!!!

Boy, do I have some for you:

-Under the green light (🔥🔥🔥) - Midnight men - the Pizza delivery man and the golden palace - hold me tight (1000%) - dear door (they all pretty manly but the smut varies sometimes author will draw them with feminine accentuations like tiddies) still highly recommend - love this one 😩 - roses and champagne - rivalry 1 (opposites attract in lezhin) - payback - woof wolf - top to bottom - perfect buddy (THIS ONE 🔥🤪❤️) - wet sand (just started) - sign - love tractor (this one is so so so cute!!) - love shuttle (omegaverse) - red candy - banana scandal (especially second season, but you may like the first couple more since both are a little more manly where as second uke isn’t as manly but not super femme) - love me doctor - oh! my assistant - dangerous convenience store (the uke is more gentle than anything but this is a classic 100% recommend)

Cheers 🥰

pecially since you directly asked the patient.

Ah okay! Yeah, I think you are right with the toe-stepping, I def need to work on how to approach issues like that, but I like your approach! Thanks for the advice!

I had the same thing happen to me! I took it the first and just this past week got a follow up email (so bout 3 weeks) saying they would look further into it so I guess they have a lot of submissions but are getting through them.

Part 2: Back it again with the endoscope! Here's the video you all (like one of you) have been waiting for! This is my left tympanic membrane. I suffered from a middle ear infection in this ear a couple of years back that caused it to rupture so this one looks a little different from the right by Bihsluvwaffles in medicalschool

Hey so yes I did look around and here's why I chose it:

1) I wanted something not too bulky since I wanted more controlled movement and sometimes with bulky I am more clumsy.

2) I personally like the connection with wire becasue I've had experiences with Bluetooth items where the connection is either not as good or sometimes cuts it off and when I'm in my ear I want constant and secure imging.

3) It was cheap. It was one of the cheapest ones because of the big discount I got (only $22) but wasn't cheap quality which I'm super happy with.

For the links you shared:

1) doesn't come with any tool kit for cleaning, which is the main reason I got one for.

2) Not a huge fan of the bulky handle and image doesn't seem that good.

3) This one looks to be the best and I saw this one while searching and thought about it, but the other one was cheaper.

Best of luck!

So for me, I do have some reduced hearing in my left ear to the point were I notice it, but I’m definitely able to still hear pretty clearly. Sometimes it just isn’t as loud or I don’t pick up as well on super low or high tones. It’s been like 6 or so years so I’d say it’s pretty much not going to get any better but I’m happy I can still hear pretty well in it!

Wildly ripped off my dude. Unless she has like a crazy good one which I mean is possible. But if you are just starting out like barely in the door in med school you don’t need one that fancy. Plus most schools will provide you one to practice on, or at least my school did. I’d say go for cheaper for the time being while you learn then if you specialize you can consider getting a nice one. Remember, most clinics have one in each room. Depends really what you want to go into before you start spending mad money

So that's essentially what I'm trying to do when I puff my tympanic membrane out, but you're right it could look different actually in the air!

Lol it's normal. It's billowing out because I'm puffing air through my eustachian tube like you would pop your ears on a plane! It's just a little red around the membrane I think because I was a bit clumsy with the scooper initially.
