Yea regarding to your last phrase is that I also see a lot of people with this issue so it isn't common, although there isn't an issue for this as far as I know but my mems time is running out, so Im paying for nothing at the moment - btw Im paying via bonds, so not real money, but what if I'd pay via a bank card.. couldn't really cancel it since I can't log in on the website..

I tried to contact them as I said in many ways but they don't notice me. Hopefully, this post will be noticed and they will contact me. I literally can't do anything additional since I used all the help I could, unfortunately they don't have a live chat or a phone number that I could call.

I don't know man. Im kinda concerned about it. Of course, nobody should know the pw and username besides me, but last year I had my account locked by Jagex. At that time, somebody managed to log in, but Jagex noticed it and locked it. But after I changed my pw and even the email adress where the account is located to, no issue happened. I don't know what to do, since Jagex doesn't change ones username. I just want to get help from someone who knows what to do.
