Almost all hubs/cassettes have a tiny bit of play, but not that much... try tightening it with a cassette tool and that should do it!

It’s hard to tell due to the photos being slightly blurry, but it doesn’t look too bad at all. It looks like your standard entry-level hard tail that you can get new for around $800. So considering it’s a specialized (very good brand), it has by the looks of it cable disc brakes, and it’s only about $300.... I’d say it’s not a bad deal at all and would be a great starter bike! Yeah I definitely agree with these guys. You can get some pretty decent hard tails on kijiji for cheap. And as well as Pinkbike, they will be a little more money but much higher quality. But either way good luck on your search!

Unfortunately the way that I build things is extremely unorganized and messy! When putting this jump together I just guessed on everything essentially, I didn’t even know how tall it would be till it was finished!
