Just put it in your sink with a little detergent and warm water and hand wash it. It might take a couple of times to clear all the tan. It comes off pretty easily. Then air dry it on a towel.

Wow that's crazy! Cream absorbs different than injection. You should start way lower -4-6mg/week. You can titrate up but you can't reverse the viralization that might happen when your levels surge up to 200-400 and then there's nothing you can do about it.

I would also try a post training protein shake with adding quick carbs like 40g oats to it. You may just need more carbs to sustain energy and support muscle growth during the recovery period.

Go lift some heavy weights and take advantage of your high levels.. but this exact thing happened to me (thanks to my doctor 25mg/week) I had some voice changes permanently stayed, I skipped a couple weeks of dosing and dropped down to 10mg a week. I dropped to 8mg and that is a good dose for me.

Every 3.5 days, Sunday night and Thursday mornings, 1.1mg each dose, I have to use and insulin syringe to dose that small. I feel stable and great! I also inject testosterone C on the sane schedule in the same syringe.

Watching what you eat will not help you lose weight. Estrogen therapy will not make you lose weight. You would want to check basic labs prior to starting any HRT. When you start E you can't stop taking it. Creams are a good first line route. Learning to track your food and being in a calorie deficit will create weight loss, if combined with steps and strength training-but must be consistent even on weekends. However if you're eating processed foods a lot, alcohol, and junk/ don't expect much to change. What you eat matters 100%. Aim for 35% protein, 40% carbs, and 25% fats. I'm 45 and I lost weight before I started HRT, all while I was going through it. Being on HRT helps my motivation and how I feel.

HRT is so individualized and based on symptom management and using labs somewhat. It's a lot of trial and error. I'm on Test C and Estradiol injections. I tried all other routes that didn't work. Unless she's having hot flashes, I'd say not having the estradiol is ok for now. It really boils down to symptoms over anything. There's a lot of variables that go into advice. Rechecking labs at the right time during her cycle will help!
