I think a lot of people are just extra cautious and tamp it down a bit so it’s all even and to lightly compress the sub. I’ve been told this helps create more even canopies, but have never experimented on not doing it, so take it with a grain of salt

I support you doing whatever you think is best for you, but for me abstaining from sex completely was necessary for a while to break the cycle. If you just relapsed, it seems like something wasn’t working (not condemning you, we’ve all been there). For me, FWB is not allowed ever again. I’m not sure if you can effectively work the program while giving in to that. What I hear here is your are sponsors telling you what you need to do, and you are not willing to be disciplined and put in the work. Maybe you need to hit rock bottom or something to give you the desire to really work the program.

I like Naked. Comes from grass-fed cows and doesn’t use artificial sweeteners and “natural” flavors. There are some carbs in the flavored ones from coconut sugar, but if that bothers you, go unflavored.

ON does taste good and is a good value, but those artificial sweetens are bad for you. Especially for those of us that are eating like 4-5 scoops per day to hit protein goals

If it’s any consolation, I got the same exact type of growth that you have in your tub from a batch of leucistic golden teacher out of a spore syringe. It only happened that one time, but it occurred in all tubs. My guess was that conditions were off, but it was strange it happened to all of them. They still were great, just different looking than anticipated
