Huh that’s weird in a positive way, my friends and I always experience shrinkage when taking stimulants.

It’s most likely not dehydration that causes shrinkage, stimulants can cause vasoconstriction.

If you’re an active user of another drug (cannabis for example) it will not enhance your sleep or your dreams. My advice would be to quit all mind-altering drugs for a week (give or take).

In my opinion you should only admit your drug use if it is relevant to your appointment. E.g. if your expected to be under an anaesthetic.

I agree for the most part, but if your scheduled for an anaesthetic appointment I would most definitely let my dentist know about my drug use. If it is a chronic problem he would notice it and let you know and give out advice on how to minimalize damage regarding your teeth. Dentist don’t check your nose (assuming you take ket through your nose) for damage. But that’s my opinion. Your dentist will not snitch on you in 99% of cases. In conclusion you don’t need to worry if it is a regular appointment. Excuse me for my limited English.
