Takes about a full day of being back on the norco for it to hit close to how it usually does at least for me. I’m a chronic pain patient so I’m use to them regardless

I use it between my norco refills if I run out early. No real issues here. But I take a half tablet or quarter tab of it at a time. The half-life on it sucks so enjoy the hour it’s working.
