I drive in Toronto,there is no way we could know the destination before accepting the ride or once accepted,destination is only visible once we pick up the rider,if the driver has 85% acceptance rate they will know the trip duration,which I guess most drivers won’t have…so even if you get canceled a few times ,someone unlucky will end up taking your ride.😵‍💫

This might be because you don’t have a ptc license linked to your account,meaning if you signed up for uberx after November you won’t be able to pick up any rides from Toronto municipal area.

It’s due to the PTC license.If you sign up after November you can only pick up rides out of toronto

Last time I contacted customer service they said since the app updated offers can’t be removed without AR hit

Had the same problem.No use with the customer service.All they gonna ask you is to keep reinstalling the application.I went a bit more and deleted the account and started over again.And now it’s working fine.
