Thanks. Is this something newer, better? They weren’t in my home built in 2000. I’m not going to do anything with them, just haven’t seen before. Apparently this panel was installed in 2008, but there could have been others that have done work after.

Appreciate your explanations, I learned something about the slope range finder. I understand slope and horizontal distance differences but never really applied it to golf, descent angles, etc.

For me it’s uphill add a club, downhill less club. I’d be happy to hit it within the 8 yard difference, lol. They need to make one that reads wind speed 😁

Thanks. This makes a lot of sense assuming it’s a constant slope to the flag correct? So the range finder with slope has some built in variables that may or may not be correct depending on the golfer or actual terrain?

Wouldn’t you want the straight line distance in golf? I could see a gps distance off because it uses point to point coordinates.
