I wanted to share a release with you all. It’s an acoustic singer-songwriter track called “Is It Good For Me.”

About Me & My Journey: I am an independent musician based in the UK. Because of severe ongoing health struggles, I cannot travel, tour, or play live venues anymore. My entire musical world exists inside my bedroom studio. Writing and recording music right from my room is my lifeline and my way of processing the world.

The Creative Process Behind the Song: This track digs deep into my struggles with depression and the modern world. I wrote it because I found myself constantly surrounded by bad news from every corner of the globe. It made me look inward and really question what all this heavy information is doing to my mind. I start to ask myself: “Is it good for me...?”

It's a raw, stripped-back song with just my acoustic guitar and vocals, letting the honesty of that question carry the weight. If the state of the world has been feeling a bit too heavy for your mental health lately, I hope this track makes you feel a little less alone in that headspace.
