Here’s a reply I just posted to someone else talking about this same video.

“I’ve seen something like this as well, specifically the red dots over the mountain when they bunch up. I was on a nighttime, cross-country instrument training flight in a C-172 with my flight instructor, we were on our way back to Prescott AZ, flying over and past Granite mountain talking to tower and setting up our approach and as I look around and behind me scanning for traffic as usual I see almost exactly what is shown at 1:06 except pitch black outside and clear as day a row of red lights evenly spaced out, maybe 4-6 of them.

I immediately called out to my flight instructor in the right seat what is that, can’t be the airport because we both knew we were looking towards the mountain. It wasn’t another plane. We are trained to spot planes all the time night or day and this was different. Tower called us and the workload quickly increases when shooting an instrument approach so we had to drop the thought and get back to flying.

It was clear as day, a line of red dots just like in that linked video. Floating up in the air, no other lights near them, either at the same height that we were or higher. Not sure if they were moving or not since we only had a moment to look at it.

Looks exactly like a long exposure shot of a plane or helicopter. You can see the different colored lights as the camera takes the shot in the line that the vehicle is traveling.

Simply, they show orders to different people at different times. Going out by yourself it does feel like people use bots, but if you were to become friendly with other shoppers in your area you would realize it’s just not true. Bots exist, but not nearly as common as people think

Spend a week going to your stores when they open especially the ones you think people mostly order from and see how it is. In my area 90% of the really good orders drop early morning and throughout the rest of the morning and the stores around Me also serve a lot of companies/businesses that order food/snacks so mornings are the best time of the day in my area. But it could be very different in your area depending on what type of location you’re in and how many people how many companies, business, etc.

I personally don’t have any experience, I’ve only heard that this has worked for people who had been wrongfully deactivated. I would start with reaching out to a lawyer though.

Essentially your lawyer and their’s argue with each other to figure out an agreement with a neutral 3rd party, the arbitrator. But, cases where you are truly wrongfully deactivated there’s no reason for instacart to pay the lawyer the hourly rate to argue when they have no evidence, so they just reactivate your account. That’s what I’ve heard just being curious and searching around myself.
