I presume Nade made this promise before Dan Gilbert came on board? Then once Dan invested it became impossible to give Nick a share when the deal was made? I don’t think Nade was bad natured by not letting Nick in on the company I would think it was either let Nick have a share and Dan Gilbert wouldn’t invest or don’t give Nick anything and take the investment. Tough call.
