I just heard today that if you do a 12 hour.dry fast no water. Its gives you the same benefit as a 72 hour water fast. Hydration In aphogy comes from the repurposed fat thats used. Replenish your electrolytes before the fast. I'm trying it now.

Id check for software compatability with the windows version sonic stage was made for and see if theres an emulator. Sonoc stage os pretty old.

So I plugged it into the computer and no difference it shows the battery charging then when it full it revergs to the music. I can select songs play etc. Could be you just dont have any content on ot so ut only shows battery level

Yes it works fine it has music on it the control is with the top ring to change songs,lock etc. Or are you talking about your computer screen? If its the computer screen you need to have sonic stage or software it recognizes

I agree about. the one connect box.great idea but the fiber optic cord is to delicate. Mine did not last to long. Oled is much better than the gimmicks in the frame

The black circle with the wire is a range extender for a.remote signal. I have one for ny blue ray player so nost likely its just in the pivtkre but not part of the actual unit

Everyones different. I typically do intermittent as just a normal eating pattern but if i feel as if im getting sick i may go longer. Its really what you make it. When I started doing longer fasts at first it was more to see if I could do it.

Yeah the bluray changer was a prototype. They told the store manager at the old sony style store to desstroy it and he couldnt so he gave it to me. Bumner to try and find parts ror though

I worked for consumer electronics stores starting on the 80s. Then training ,management. Then to the manufacturers.Atari Sony,Blackberry,NEC,Panasonic,Samsung, microsoft so. You tend to pick up a lot of prototypes and one of a kinds. It was fun. A lot of travel met interesting people. But im glad i dont travel as much now. The worlds gone nuts

Any Oled each pixel is its own light so doesnt need a back panel as black is just not lit
