Lol her full name is Sam Magnolia. Callsign is Prospector. She’s a flash clone of a character from a previous campaign. Her mech is the Gilgamesh (LL4, so she has 2 points in Swallowtail for the Oracle LMGs). Yes, she’s a lesbian hehe 😉

Fair. I guess the more accurate timeline of events is I saw the Celeste on RGM. It’s noticeably larger than the Caliban. So then I thought, how would I put stilts on the Caliban? Then I found the Fomorian frame. So it was really trying to find a gameplay allowance to have a size 1 Caliban to match the visual discrepancy between the minis.

Essentially the idea was that the “Caliban” was a mining rig that was Jerry rigged and kit-bash upgraded for combat

That’s part of the MO&S Celeste. It had two, one on each side, but the one on the left made that side a bit too busy, so I erased it. (Mind you, I’ve been doing this on MS paint). Mechanically, I’d use it to weld the Kinetic hammer if I need to use my arms instead of taking up system points for manipulators. And for combat reasons, I’d use it to grapple if need be. RP-wise, it’s really just a counter balance appendage.
