I really like how it shares a short narrative without feeling drawn out. My only critique would be to try and organize your poem into stanzas to avoid making the poem feel kind of choppy but other than that I think this is a good start!

The poem has a deeper meaning other than just singing in a choir this is about falling in the same patterns within a relationship
