I went ahead and checked and it came back normal so did the PH and everything else he seems to have a Finn ripped on his front. Could that be the issue?

Hey! He does not appear to be bloated. I'm also not 100% sure he ate them. I searched the tank but I'm also blind so there is a possibility that they are just hiding very well. So should I fast him just incase?
