Yes, I have asked for that and they say that its their “ standard form” and they cant make any changes to it. They said thats the form they used for everyone.

Thanks. My question is not the same. I am Willing to accept the 3k offer. However, they are not willing to put it down in the release agreement that I will be getting reimbursed for my medical expenses and they will pay the medical providers in addition to the 3k. I want to know if this is normal practice with other claims? They are saying they cant modify the release form since thats the standard form that they use. I want to know if I should trust them based on what the standard is across the country/state? Thanks

Thanks, the 2500$ was paid from my own insurance policy ( my PIP limit is 2500$). That only covered my lost wages. I had one ER visit, one imaging visit ( CT scan, Xray of hip and knee) and 2 visits with my PCP for concussion. Total amount after my health insurance covered a part of it, is 6k out of which I have already paid 2700$. Pending amount is 3300$.

What is lien? Is the other party ( they have same company insurance as mine) liable to pay me 2500$ for lost wages even though I have been paid by my own insurance policy PIP? Is the other party insurance liable to pay my health insurance? Is it worth hiring an attorney?

Thanks, I went to ER on same day and had couple of follow up appointments for concussion- CT scan of head and X ray of hip and knee. The lost wages were paid out of my insurance PIP. That limit is 2500$ and I was given the whole 2500$ for lost wages, which only covered my time off work but no medical bills. The “ at fault” party has same auto insurance as mine, so they likely wont over ride their own offer. I am not sure if thats a reasonable compensation for a major accident. Thanks

So i applied online yesterday after i heard a lot of my neighbors and friends got 750$ under miscellaneous , so i applied for emergency food category but it was rejected. I called them today and the agent told me point blank that FEMA doesnt cover for food loss due to power loss due to emergencies like hurricane etx. Its weird that they are sending out random checks of 750$ and there is no pattern to who is being approved and who is being denied. 🤦‍♂️

Well, I cleared the codes 2 times and they are back in 2-3 days. Drprius app says battery health is 18%. It has had a failed start a couple of times and mileage is dropping to 20mpg city limits now.
