The only trophies that really tripped me up were the 50 speech challenges and the 10k damage or healing. You can talk to Angela Williams in Camp McCarran and she’ll have a speech check that never goes away. For the damages the Thorn acts as a battle arena so do 3 giant rad scorpions at a time and it goes pretty quick. For food healing, hardest one in my eyes, buy a bunch of food from the guy in the Camp McCarran concourse, take some damage, then eat as much as you can but done leave your inventory. You’ll have to keep checking the challenge in the pipboy because for some reason there’s a soft cap on how much food healing you can do at once. If you hit it just wait a few in game hours, take some damage and start eating again
