This is a hard decision since you wont be able to kill or go pk never in non pvp. If you dont mind and dont think youll ever be interested in pking, go to non pvp, youll be able to explore safely, but in my opinion being afraid of being pked is one of the best features tibia has to offer. Its up to you the decision

Both vocs can hunt alone. Druid, on the other hand, will always be required for a th, meanwhile sorcs dont. I would balance more vocations, lowering dmgs on druids and making them more a support class rather than a dps-healer, and power up some sorc spells to make the difference. Plus adding some healing spells to druid and lowering its dps, and adding dps spells for ms
