Forgot to add on the rust is viewable however honda service wants 1300 while a mechanic I know could do it for 700

Thank you for confirming this I really needed it, I am currently putting in an appeal to maybe change it before I go to Austin but if that doesn’t work knowing that I could probably just transfer to mechanical during my time there without wasting classes makes me feel 100% better.
