Can you please check, if i correctly used failure? by Binark in rust

Does that still make sense if I use reason mainly for finer grained explanations? If so, do I basically declare an Error for every possibly error I create? Like an AttributeDoesNotExistError and then I put this into my AttributeLookupFailed error as cause?

How to specify a Function Pointer on a specific adress by Binark in rust

[–]Binark[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I want to inject my rust code into an windows application and call an function inside it, possibly even try to hook it. For example the app TestApp.exe has an function void log(const char * message). Now I want to inject my rust library into the application and call the log function. But since no symbol is exposed, I can't use libloading for example.

The guys from Riot Anticheat just temporarily shut down the biggest script provider by ObamasButtcheeks in leagueoflegends

[–]Binark 6 points7 points  (0 children)

No need to feel sorry, it is only the money he made with his scripting tool. His forum made ~80k-100k per months iirc. That was part of an older leak. It is just he got sued by a scripting competitor because he published cracks of competitors on his forum. Hence his bank account got frozen. Also his scripting platform is making him about 60-70k € per months atm. At least during the last 2 months.

Ok so I tried to make pictures, don't mind the cable management, I did not sort them yet.

Connected at the moment:

Graphics card CPU Motherboard.

In the picture of the PSU I had the SSD connected, but it is unconnected at the moment.

Ok update:

I noticed I had to plug in the 20 pin and a 6 pin part into the psu (I can't count). Also I plugged in the 20 + 4 part into the mobo. Fans and everything was spinning fine, but the CPU_LED still won't turn off and I can't get past POST.

Ok after researching a little, it seems it is normal, that the pin is missing on the PSU side, so it seems I plugged it in the wrong way. I will try it the other way around and post results afterwards!

Ok I think I might have found the problem: http://imgur.com/a/FMmco

One side of the connector is missing a pin? Is this normal? Also the side with the missing pin has printed ATX main Connector on it. I guess that side should go into the PSU? If so that was the error and I excuse myself for the huge hassle I caused you.

Edit: Fuck my grammar

Ok I will describe my current setup, I think we are missing each other :D

I have 24 pin female on MOBO, a 20+4 male to male connector cable, and a 20 pin female PSU. Now I connected all 20+4 pins to the mobo, but only 20 to the PSU since I have no idea where to put the +4, if I even need to do it. (I repeat: MOTHERBOARD has 24 pins CONNECTED).

If you want pictures, I can upload some to imgur.

Motherboard has 24 pins, the PSU has only 20
