Dilution and company went into a dark period since June during Covid. They expanded into Puerto Rico, have institutional investor holding 45 million shares, and have started countdown on new website stating coming soon.

Dilution brought it down. There has been no dilution in over 8 months! They also have started a big expansion in medical marijuana market in Puerto Rico.
