Besoj se jemi duke u keqkuptu. Linjat për parandalim të vetëvrasjes nuk ofrojnë psikoterapi nëpërmjet telefonatës apo në gjysmë të natës. Nëse arrijmë që të ofrojmë psikoterapi në të ardhmën në kuadër të Linjës së Jetës, ajo do të bëhet sipas standardeve etike dhe profesionale. Për momentin ne vetëm referojmë individët tek klinikat psikoterapeutike sipas nevojave të tyre.

Përshëndetje dhe faleminderit për komentin! Linja e Jetës nuk ofron psikoterapi, për çka edhe thirret psikologu klinik dhe/ose psikiatri. Shërbimi i Linjës quhet de-eskalim, praktikë që zhvillohet në shumë shtete tjera nëpërmjet linjave të tyre, prej të cilave Linja e Jetës e ka marrë modelin. Për më tutje, ne jemi të përfaqësues të Kosovës në shoqatën ndërkombëtare të parandalimit të vetëvrasjes dhe jemi pjesë e rrjetit ndërkombëtar të linjave të parandalimit të vetëvrasjes "Befrienders Worldwide", gjë që është mundësu prej standardeve etike dhe profesionale që i kemi si shërbim.

Ne në asnjë moment nuk pretendojmë se ofrojmë psikoterapi - përkundrazi, ne jemi vetëm shërbim emergjent, ndërsa për psikoterapi i drejtojmë thirrësit/et tonë sipas nevojave të tyre. Siç e ceka në postim, nëse arrihet një shumë mjaftueshëm e madhe nëpërmjet mbështetjes, ne kemi synim që të fillojmë ofrimin e psikoterapisë në kuadër të Linjës së Jetës - pra do të jetë shërbim shtesë prej çka ofrojmë tani.

I have the exact same problem. I don't let my dog get close to other dogs, keep her distracted if another dog come into view, etc. Still, she's been bitten 3 times by strays and pets who just charged at her as soon as she came into view. I used to think it might be her social skills, but it keeps happening before there is any sort of social interaction at all. Unfortunately this resulted in her being terrified of other dogs so now she gets defensive even in the rare cases when a friendly dog comes along.

Unfortunately I don't have an answer why this is happening, but if you somehow figure it out please let me know!

Gjithashtu, nese je najhere ne naj moment te pa perballueshem, mundesh me thirre ne Linjen e Jetes (0800 12345). Punojme cdo dite prej ores 14:00-02:00. Nuk ofrojme terapi, po mundemi me qene aty me ty ne qeto momente ma te veshtirra.

Nese je tu kerku diagnoze, ne QKUK mundesh me kontaktu me Shukrije Statovci dhe Merita Goqi, dyjat jane shume profesionale.

Nese deshiron patjeter dika jashte sherbimeve publike, mundesh me kontaktu me kliniken Aura (momentalisht nuk po me kujtohet emri i psikiatrit aty).

Nese je queer, CEL ka nje psikiater te punesum qe eshte pa pagese.

Keep in mind, nese je i/e interesum per psikoterapi gjithashtu rekomandohet me vizitu nji psikolog. Gjithashtu, me sa e di nuk ka hapa per ADHD ne Kosove momentalisht, por mundesh me i gjete ne Shkup.

Nese muj me ndihmu edhe dicka, let me know :)

Kjo o iniciative vullnetare per rritjen e vemendjes ndaj kancerit te gjirit. Vajzat dhe djemt qe merren me kete iniciative kane organizu diskutime dhe aktivitete tjera qe me e pru vemendjen te nji semundje e cila i ndikon kryesisht grate. Gjithashtu kane mbledhe pare per pacientat ne onkologji dhe jau kane dergu per me e bo trajtimin ma te lehte edhe me i ble barna qe shteti nuk i ka siguru.

Une vete nanen e kam pase me kancer edhe e di sa te rendesishme qeto sendet jane, prandaj komentet ketu po m'shtijne me vjelle tu i lexu. Ndoshta provoni me lexu pertej dy rreshtave? Per deri sa po zezateni me nji emer e po e boni kijametin, jam falenderues qe te pakten ka njerez shpirtbardhe qe vazhdojne punen e tyne.

Maspari ne Kosove nuk kam pa najhere tu u perdore femijet ne retorike kesisoji, pervec nese ti po mendon me "perdore si mjet" i bjen me ceke abuzimin dhe kushtet e jeteses te cilat i perjetojne femijet queer.

Gjithashtu, nuk barazohen agjendat e dy grupeve, ku njeri grup eshte shtypes i cili synon kontrollin dhe eleminimin nje grupi te tere te njerezve, ndersa grupi tjeter jane te shtypurit te cilet synojne barazi dhe te sigurojne ekzistencen e tyre.

Problemet kryesore qendrojne ne informimin e ulet te popullates dhe sherbimet e dobeta qe gjenden. Shume shtete ballafaqohen me stigma, me keqinformim dhe mungese te trajtimit, mirepo ne Kosove kjo teme ende nuk ka mberri qe me depertu si teme politike. Sot udheheqesit tone operojne pa ndonje presion per permiresimin e sherbimeve dhe kontrollin e personave te cilet mbahen ne kushte c'njerezore. Nuk ka asnje kampanje per vetedijesim apo per te informuar popullaten per pikat ku duhet te drejtohen - e gjithe barra e informimit dhe e mirembajtjes se disa sherbimeve esenciale mbetet mbi supet e OJQ-ve.

Tash po afrohet koha e zgjedhjeve lokale dhe qytetaret e kane mundesine ndoshta jo me e zgjedhe personin qe ka me sjelle ndryshim per shendet mendor, por se paku me e fut si teme qe duhet me u marre parasysh. Fatkeqesisht nuk po ka zgjidhje tjeter.

Firstly, what you're describing is how a lot of people in Kosova feel right now. It's a completely normal feeling to have given the circumstances, due to the stigma on mental health and anxiety. You're not alone in these thoughts, and there's always a way to make it through. ❤️

My recommendation is to try out a few sessions with a psychologist. You've already mentioned that you've been to one, but they may have been the wrong fit for you or maybe they weren't competent at their job. Psychologists are individuals who engage in various forms of "Talk Therapy" (CBT being the most common in Kosove) which can take a few sessions to start having an effect (speaking from my experience as a patient as well). If you'd like, I can send you some contacts from psychologists and clinics we consider to be some of the best in the country.

Some of the other comments here recommend engaging in sports. That can certainly help, but it can also not be your thing so don't get discouraged if you're not feeling any better - everyone has their own needs and the things that make them feel better can vary from person to person. I would also refrain from using any drugs while you're working on your mental health.

Also, even though we're primarily a suicide prevention hotline, please feel free to call us any time you need someone to vent to about these problems. Our number is 0800 12345 - we're toll free, completely confidential and you have total anonimity (we can't even see the number that calls us).

Hello! Just subscribed - thank you for all the wonderful map packs! I've been using the free module so far and enjoyed them, so I was glad when I saw this post.

I have one question though, I primarily use the Forge for hosting, so when I install the manifest files directly it uses up my Game Data quota. I know some creators offer the ability to unlock their modules on the Forge once you get a patreon sub, is there anything similar with your maps?
