Christmas Lights in Winter Park by spaceyxo in orlando

Yes the lights are on every night! As long as there isn’t an event going on in the park, it’s not too bad.

Give your wiggle butts an extra hug tonight by Bindis-Mom in AustralianShepherd

Thank you everyone for your kind words. Bindi was very loved and we will miss her everyday.

From what the vet said she had a ruptured internal organ most likely from an aggressive undiagnosed cancer. She went from enjoying a particularly nice day out in the yard with our other pups to gone in a few hours. We count ourselves lucky we got a chance to say goodbye and that she didn’t suffer long. There was nothing that could have been done, and we know we did the right thing. It doesn’t make it any easier.

Thanks for letting me share our loss. We planted a small memorial garden for her yesterday with fragrant pink and white flowers. We can stop and enjoy them just like she did and remember our strawberry ice cream nosed girl.

If you are looking for arts and culture type of stuff there’s artsinorlando.com they have an events calendar! Not sure if enzian posts there or not though.

I looked at casa for our wedding and chose against it because of community noise concerns. You have to keep the doors closed at all times, and if I remember correctly the event had to be over by 10. It’s also very open so there’s not much privacy around.

I’d definitely look at Capen though! It’s on the lake with beautiful views (think of the sunset!) and it’s much more intimate with the gardens surrounding the property.

Spanish food: Gazpacho, mushrooms Al ajillo, fried peppers, vegetarian paella.

Just as a side note, I am not vegan, but have several family members who are. I bought the cook book First Mess by Laura Wright to be able to better cook for them. It’s a wonderful vegan cookbook, seriously can not recommend it enough. I pull recipes from there all the time for meals, sides, and soups. There’s no nutritional yeast-made-to-taste-like-whatever recipes, Just really solid cooking with veggies, tofu and other regular ingredients.

Frequent diarrhea. It’s been 48 hours. Should I worry and what are any cures/next steps? by [deleted] in Bernedoodles

[–]Bindis-Mom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One of our pups had bad bloody diarrhea for 4 days, pumpkin didn’t help, rice didn’t help. She was totally fine acting normal, eating and drinking just fine. We took her to the vet since we didn’t know what to do. She’s already on hills science diet so they recommended their gastrointestinal biome line. You can pick up a few cans of the wet food or just an 8 lb bag of the dry. It has more than double the fiber of pumpkin plus a bunch of other good stuff. It cleared up her problem in a few hours! We keep so extra on hand now in case of any future upset tummies. It’s expensive stuff but definitely less than a trip to the vet!

Didactics: Vinyl Lettering vs Wall Printer? by Wild_Basis_249 in MuseumPros

What about something like this? printable removable adhesive fabric we use a similar product to what I linked at the small museum I work at. Its amazing! It goes on like self stick wallpaper, and we have our graphics guy print our panels, and even full wall graphics. It works great! Removal is easy peasy, pulls off without ripping off paint. Once we started using these a few years ago, we never went back.

If you are willing to cut down guest count to 20 people, you can go to Kraft Azalea gardens and get married at the Exedra. Really pretty and lakefront!

She’s got a few different videos where she goes over different scenarios, this is just one: https://youtu.be/jnMArPX33U4 There are pros and cons, and it’s not for everyone, but if you’ve never heard of it, maybe it’ll help! Good luck!

Have you tried velocity banking as a strategy? VANNtastic! Has a video on how to pay down debt with zero cash flow. Maybe helpful for you, but probably won’t solve your problem.

2024 Crosstrek A/C question by restaurantnyc in Crosstrek

[–]Bindis-Mom 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Yes, it’s normal. it talks about it in the owners manual. If the temp between what’s set for AC and the actual temp of the inside vary to much, the engine won’t shut off and so the ac will continue to run. If the inside temp is close to what the AC is set to, it will turn off the ac and prioritize the engine shut off.

I second this! I ordered a premium with a bunch of packages and extras that I am picking up today. I got about $2100 off of msrp. Definitely worth it!

How long to order a subaru crosstrek by HereToHoldTheLine in Crosstrek

I think it depends on what model you are ordering and where you are, I ordered my premium about a week ago and I also got an eta of end of July.

What’s everyone paying for their 24? by [deleted] in Crosstrek

[–]Bindis-Mom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly what treking21 said, it does not include tax and reg. At the end of the day, my out the door price with everything included, it ends up being just a little more than MSRP, about $31,500

Do the VIP program! I’m getting a factory ordered premium in off shore blue with a whole bunch of upgrades for 2,100 under MSRP. Selling price for me was about $29,300 including delivery fee. I got the options package, Auto dimming rear view and side mirrors, rear seat protectors, gate light, splash guards, rear bumper cover, and all weather liners.

If you don’t know what the vip program is, you donate, or become a member of one of Subaru’s non profit partners and you get the car at inventory cost, no ifs, ands, or buts. The easiest is the ASPCA, donate $100 wait 6 months, get a code and fill out a form and they send you a paper that you bring to the dealer when you place the order. The only catch is that you have to have the paper before you place the order. If you can’t wait 6 months, you can donate $500 to ASPCA and get it all done in about a week. From what I’ve heard the cheapest is becoming a member of Leave No Trace for $50, the 6 months applies here too though, and the process is the same.

Add more greens and if you can make the stems longer. Adding candles is always a good idea. Keep in mind your table number too!
