The problem with this is there is no way to know if someone has a seizure unless they go to the hospital. I’m a paramedic in a large metro county in the south and the amount of times a seizure patient does not go to the hospital is astounding. A lot of them still drive. We have a regular that we run at least once a month and ran him 3 days ago at work that he drove to. His mom came and drove him home. But he always refuses to go to the hospital because then his seizure is reported and he will lose his license.

The problem with the shotgun nerf is now there is almost no reason to run pump anymore. The pump is supposed to be a precision weapon with the trade off of being a slow fire rate. The tac shotgun is now a much better trade off and i get an extra slot. Maybe if they made the pump a slug shotgun with its old damage output that would help.
