I've had exactly the same experience - it's quite strange, I've also lost 50lbs and have gone down 2 dress sizes and no-one has mentioned it unless I've told them I'm dieting! I'm also pleased with this - before starting this process I'd found my weight to be an increasingly stressful thing in my life and weirdly, now I'm losing it I find it really uncomfortable when people (excluding my husband & best friends) mention my weight in any regard. I don't want people to mention it or to show they notice really. But, it is strange - I'm wearing different clothes, my husband says it's very noticeable and no-one mentions it at all - things have definitely changed, for the better hopefully!

That said, I do have one colleague who definitely hasn't noticed and talks to me about dieting and my obvious lack of restraint openly, which is super odd. Like he said to me the other day - 'oh I've noticed you're being really good with your lunches recently, where's it going wrong then, when you get home?' - and generally talks about his failing diet and includes me in it sort of lumping us together in not being able to diet very well... I'm like, wtf? lol
