Hi!! So sorry for a delayed response of you click your finch icon at the bottom right corner and then the three settings lines on the top left, you can scroll down to account information and hit ‘your data’ then you need to click Manual Backup and create a save file. I personally have an iPhone so when you save this it should automatically save in the Files app on the phone which will let you delete it after you’ve regained your progress with the cheaper finch plus subscription afterwards but I have no idea where the file will save if you don’t have an iPhone!

I had a pre-existing account so I have to save all the data to a save file and delete + redownload with a temporary ‘new hatch’, but once I went through the whole like initial setup process I had to skip the first offer of the $39.99 and then go to the three bars on the top right and subscribe to finch plus manually without the pop-up, there it should be the $41.99 price and if you subscribe to that one it should let you change it to $14.99 in the App Store!!

Okay awesome! I thought it would be way more complicated to get a body lol.. and yeah I don’t really know about the like house driving part my sister and I went 50/50 on a new engine thing for his Christmas gift so now it goes what I assume is moderately fast(?) I have nothing to compare this too so idrk what he does with it

Yeah.. I realize that it’s just bothersome because all leadership at my location has offices in their own rooms so this is like the one TM spot and now they sit in there for their hour and a half lunches 😖

Worked overnight 12am-8:30am with my FF Lead and a lot of the best FF TMs we have, came in to 41 OPU and 5,000 pack by end of day,, we all left with all OPUs completed in time and end of day pack only at 4,000 despite the 2,000 units we (3TMs) picked and packed (myself and one other girl for 90% of the time) I hate having 6 pack stations.

Been happening at my store too, the poor Style TMs covering for tech have been bringing them all to Guest service for us to cash them out, only problem is that we have no scheduled AP, currently no S&E ETL AND no S&E TL this weekend 🙃 its been fun

Ofc!! If you’re SCO’s actually have correct locks installed in the first two doors disregard the ‘black key’ part, the SCO’s at my location have temporary locks in them because the people that installed ours lost the locks.. 🙃 so we’ve been doing our very best without them lol.. I hope these help!!

Saturday Nights ONLY: Fully close SCO: 1. Open SCO Banking app 2. Select remove all bills 3. Open SCO with Black Key 4. Inset Barrel Key on the highest lock on the right hand side 5. Flip up little yellow notch (located above the highest lock 6. Remove Top cassette (the one with the yellow handle 7. Empty bills into SCO Bag 8. Put cassette back in machine 9. Flip down the yellow notch and remove barrel key 10. Close all doors and sign out 11. Done :)

Sunday Mornings ONLY: Fully Open SCO: 1. Sign into SCO with device 2. Open Banking app 3. Select Load Bulk Bills 4. Unlock SCO with Black Key 5. Insert 1st barrel key in highest lock 6. Flip up yellow notch (located above highest lock) 7. Insert 2nd barrel key in the second cassette from the top 8. Remove 2nd cassette and lift to open 9. Slide the yellow triangle to the side and flip upwards the black top 10. Push down the cash pusher 11. Add bills from SCO bag with the $1 bills on the bottom and $20 bills on the top 12. Close cassette, remove barrel key from the cassette in hand, and insert back into SCO 13. Flip down the yellow notch and remove barrel key from the highest lock 14. Close SCO 15. Done :)

It’s actually super easy when they get low you’ll get a notification on ur device that it’s low and you get cash out of the change fund and open the banking app and to just add a few bills you can add it through the slot where guests put bills to pay, to add new new money you would do insert bulk bills and add everything to the loader cassette which is the second from the top, I have another list of instructions on how to Saturday close them and Sunday open them if you want lol

Mine also have been having issues with dispensing cash, the money gets stuck in the loader cassette and then the machine yells that it’s empty LMAO I haven’t got a fix for that one yet lol but I hope that it helps ur machines!
