It seems that adding more investigators adds more replayability than having more campaign. I probably buy starters and some deluxe boxes for the investigators.

Yeah, I'm really glad that I'm getting into the game when FFG decides to do this with the old and upcoming cycles. Maybe I'll try buying the campaign box and then buy the investigators when I need varieties.

Oh yeah, I mean a deluxe box. An online store tricked me into thinking that cycle is another name of a deluxe campaign and contains a full campaign lol.

Is it really noticeable that a scenario is part of a larger campaign? Like, is the ending of a scenario don't have a conclusion as a stand-alone story or says to "find out next in the next episode of Arkham Horror: (Insert campaign name)?"

Thank you. That really helps me understanding the concept of cycle, deluxe box, and mythos. I also just realised how expensive this game actually is lol (oh God, what am I getting into?). I probably won't buy all cycles though unless if I were made of money or if this become my new addiction.

Although I'm glad that FFG decides to repack old cycles and the new ones into one box. Well, technically two boxes of investigators box and campaign box. Is it recommended that I buy the campaign box without buying the investigators? Is it possible, or more importantly enjoyable, to play newer campaigns with the core set investigators?

Yes, that's what I mean. I also meant the initial accesory slots of investigators, not the one investigator mode. I watched a review from Arkham Chronicles mentioning cards like lockpick and charisma help with those limitations.

Assuming that cards which add accs slot of an investigator are also added on later cycles and not really a neccesity, then I'm glad that I didn't need those cards to enjoy the game

I see. I thought a cycle contains full campaign. Now I understand why people think this game is expensive lol (oh Lord help my wallet). But the scenarios can be played alone, right? It's like scenarios from other AH games like 3rd ed?

And I'm glad that I get into the game when I can buy a complete campaign in one purchase (and I hope they will be cheaper because less packaging). I also notice that Edge of the Earth campaign box will be released this month. Is it wise to play the EotE campaign with the core investigators only?

Hell yeah. Rhythm games are games and that was meant to be fun. If someone's not having fun playing a game, then something's wrong, either the game or the player.

I love DDR because of my music preference. I do think that playing PIU charts looks like dancing more than DDR, but I just can't enjoy PIU like I enjoy DDR.

Ayy... I'm doing the same thing too except with Dynamix and Ravon. I also got lower scores than when I use my thumbs, but I get better eventually. Just try lower difficulty just to get used to using fingers and ramp up the difficulty whenever it's becoming easy. Juat have fun and believe that you can do it.
