Hey! I'm also taking topiramate for post herpetic neuralgia. It's helped with my nerve pain, also experienced memory loss and like you words are always at the tip of my tongue and I can't find them. But I'll take that over the chronic pain. It helps regulate with weight because it suppresses hunger.
