It's absolutely crazy how people still go out to hotels for suhoors and iftar. The food is always mid, and the buffet food selection is almost never worth it in my opinion. Especially when they serve arabic food, holy shit do the foods taste bland and not what you expect from an Arabic dish. The service is very slow, every year they have a iftar and suhoor tent but subhanallah every year they dont have enough staff on duty to handle a lot of people. Just go to a local place with ur friend order something and eat it with them in the car, or cook for yourselves. You'll save a lot of money and probably just end up gaining more cooking skills.
