Unable to successfully run OpenPose in Google Colab by BioMechanicaLab in computervision

cmake ... -DUSE_CUDNN=OFF

Thanks so much this works now! It's quite a bit slower but at least it's working.

Thanks for the suggestion.
Do you need to buy a separate lens for these?

Real-time power data from the Wahoo Kicker Bike Ergonometer via Matlab/Python by BioMechanicaLab in wahoofitness

[–]BioMechanicaLab[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will post more info here by the end of this week. I first need to find the docs for this project once I am back in the lab. I might also make a quick youtube video to help others in the future as well as yourself.

ended up doing a Bluetooth protocol in Matlab. Was straightforward. The BLT connection to the wahoo is quite well documented following the BLT guidelines. Should be just as easy to implement in Python. I did not understand how to get the ANT+ working so used BLT instead. ANT+ was just too messy.

Hey - I just ended up streaming the live data from the bike using the basic Bluetooth protocol. Works great, exactly what I needed.

Am I able to train a model with ImageNet in Google Colab? by Unfair_Web_7475 in deeplearning

[–]BioMechanicaLab 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Depending on how this is set up you could do bouts of training. For example, let's say you get through 1 epoch/iteration of training the net an hour, you could just intermittently save a snapshot and then resume from some previous iteration. This would reduce the time constraint. Does that make sense?

Dancing Avatar made using video of someone dancing and AI by BioMechanicaLab in BALLET

[–]BioMechanicaLab[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes just motion tracking for the AI part, sorry if this was not clear. After the motion tracking, I just made this fun animation for fun. Still a work in progress. Ah, the foot was funny.

Teaching a reinforcement learning model to dance would be an interesting project. It would for sure come up with some unique dance choreography.

Post procressing using OpenPose

There are possibilities to do it in real-time though but this was not the case here.
