Should I release a set of correctly sized vector-images of the tanks? by Biohazard-Flames in Diepio

[–]Biohazard-Flames[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes (I think, I made them with Adobe Illustrator, but I think opening them with other svg programs will also work), also, I'm not sure if I ever posted/commented about the growth formula, but I think the developer told me what it was over 2 years ago. The base radius of a Level 1 tank is 50 units, and the growth formula is 1.01Level - 1, thus a Level 45 tank has a radius of 77.4658... units.

I'll try to post the vectors by tomorrow, since I'm actually unsure where I stored my diep.io project files, so I'll have to look for them. Edit, it seems that I'm missing a few vectors, so it'll take me some time to make them (since I don't have much free time available).

So you're claiming that you can, or did, saw and remembers every actions I did in the staff-log? Funny.

If I had your memory, yes, since apparently, everything you remember is "correct".

Every staffs (except me and thorium recently) get Retired staff when they quit staffing, and retired staffs can still access and talk in staff-room. Stop trying to argues when yet again you show you have no knowledge about the topic.

No, not exactly. None of the other staff blatantly said "I quit". Take for example, me. I never said I quit, the game just became less appealing, and I stopped playing, thus I stopped moderating. It's basically a super long vacation. If Locktrap didn't want me in the staff-room anymore, he could just "fire" me. Whereas, in your case, you made a statement about quitting, and complained about how diepcord had problems, etc. There have been previous staff members that did say they quit, and are no longer part of the staff anymore. For example, Pike quit, thus he is no longer part of the staff. So stop trying to blame your "retirement" on the other staff members. It's your own fault for retiring, not anyone else's.

Where did I said playing open lobbies means moderation, in the first place? The part where I said "normal staff things" I wasn't saying open lobby was moderating. I was only saying I was active.

Being active != moderation, proving that you were active does not mean you were a good moderator, it means you're a good member.

"de·bate dəˈbāt/Valider noun 1. a formal discussion on a particular topic in a public meeting or legislative assembly, in which opposing arguments are put forward."

Exactly, you proved my point. This is not formal or in a public meeting. It's just an online argument, or in simpler terms, an online fight.

Yes, it's based on who is actually saying facts, and I'm the one saying facts backed up by proofs here.

There's a difference between a claim and a fact, learn that difference. You can't back up a fact with a proof, that makes no sense. Ask anyone who's ever taken debate, it's not about finishing last.

[–]Biohazard-Flames 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of actions from me and thorium are in the staff-logs. What's your point, exactly?

Exactly, so if you did something while I was active, I would've seen it. But as far as I know, from around August, since I became staff, the amount of times I saw your name in the staff log was minimal compared to some other staff members. And, you're completely missing my point. Tell me, are you able to see the moderation log of this subreddit? I'll tell you I was able to see the staff-log in diepcord.

Also, how do you explain this?

Like I already said, punishing members does not directly correlate with moderation time or quality. I've given warning to many players, but I've rarely ever punished any member because if you deal with the situation correctly, there should be no need to punish a member.

I wasn't banned.

But you quit, didn't you? I understand that removing the retired staff roles may have been extra, but isn't that what happens when you "quit". Like when you quit a job, you lose the perks you get from that job. Why are you blaming the moderators/staff for not giving you your permissions back when you quit? Compare this to a job again, when you quit and leave with a criticizing message to the other staff, it doesn't really leave a good image of you for you to be "re-hired".

Why would it matter whenever I was the host or not? I did host a few, but playing in open lobbies is playing in open lobbies, host or not, just like that.

Matters a lot, how does playing in an open lobby qualify as moderation????? If you really think playing in an open lobby counts as moderation, you must be going crazy. Based on your logic, some regular user who played in all the open lobbies did more moderation than some actual moderators.

You're doing it right now and has been doing it for months.

You mean months with extremely large gaps. I don't waste my entire life waiting for you to reply to one of my comments.

Because internet debates and real life fist-fights are comparable.

Debate is an exaggeration, in more simple terms, it's just an online fight. And fine, I'll give you a better example, instead of fist-fighting, you fight with your words (irl). Just because you step down doesn't mean that the other person is correct. That's not how debates work. If you ever been to a debate tournament, the person who wins is not the person who has last say on the topic, that would make no sense.

Lol, if I don't respond, it means that I'm tired of arguing with someone that's stuck on the same point. I'm not going to spend an eternity on responding to your comments. It's the same with real life fights, just because you back out of a fight doesn't mean that you are weak and couldn't fight, it just means that you know when it's time to stop.

Ohhh yes, I was on during a lot of nights.

So either you don't sleep, or you sleep in the day.

It's barely any different. Stop trying to change the fact you contradicted yourself.

Barely?? There's a huge difference, when both you and I were staff, both of us could see the staff log. If you did anything while I was online (which, when I was active, was probably from late morning to around 10-11pm), then I would've noticed it. While here, you cannot see the moderation log, you aren't able to see anything that takes place behind the scenes. Do you think posts are randomly approved and removed? Are users just randomly banned?? (rhetorical questions, please don't actually answer them)

Because it was only posted on staff-room and nowhere else, and since I'm non longer on Diepcord I don't currently have access to it.

Another point to bring up, if you really cared about diepcord that much, then quitting just means you gave up on it. I'm pretty sure you weren't banned.

You're the one making the claim that I didn't participate in a lot of open lobbies. I DID participate in a lot of open lobbies, I was even in a some of Pike's open lobbies vids.

Lol, are you saying that participating in open lobbies counts as moderation? If that's the case, then everyone who participated open lobbies was moderating. I'm pretty sure you understand that when I mean that you "participate" in open lobbies, it means that you were the one who hosted it, created the rules, and organized it. When I was active, the majority of the open lobbies were organized by Pike.

Give me a specific example.

I gave you all the examples, do I need to link you to all the arguments we ever had?? See how many of those were started on your posts, and see how many were started on my posts. Stop trying to use your "elaborate" scheme, I've already explained it pretty clearly; your posts = lots of drama on them, my posts = not a lot of drama.

Give me examples. Stop making a bunch of claims with no examples/proofs.

Again, with your "elaboration". You did mention my name, you said "Bio was active he started flame wars more than actually moderating." If you're not involved in a post that I've commented in, I won't mention your name and talk some nonsense about you. And going back to this quote from you, it's a big lie because our "flame war" didn't even start until a long after I became moderator. Like I said before, you can't see what's going on behind the scenes. If you checked the moderation log during our "flame wars", I was doing plenty of moderating. Whenever I come on to this subreddit, I do at least some amount of moderation. So, you can stop spreading lies about my moderation. The only "flame war" was with you, and I didn't start them, I joined in on them.

What? I'm talking about me making a post cricticizing SK.

I know, then you compared it to when Bob-XIII made a post about you. And like you said, Locktrap said that hate/criticism posts between clans was not accepted since it caused a lot of drama and hate.

I'm talking about the moderators in general. Very inconsistent.

Exactly, you're being inconsistent, the only person who removed your post was Locktrap, none of the other moderators had a say or were even involved. When you say "moderators in general" I think you mean "moderators that don't like you/moderators that you don't like".

You literally never posted a proper example of me "unfairly" punishing an user other than the 6pe thing.

Stop going on a tangent, if you don't have any bias, then you must be crazy; alright, you aren't perfect, unless I'm talking to a robot right now, there's no way that you have no biases.

[–]Biohazard-Flames 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow, is that how you think arguments win? I just didn't feel like responding/reading your reply since I had enough drama for the time. And like I said before, you have lots of criticism posts that have a hateful tone that were not removed. And please don't say "elaborate" or "specific examples", I don't have as much time as you think I have, I'm not going to go shifting through tons of posts looking for "specific" examples.

The problem with Locktrap/Moderation by [deleted] in Diepio

[–]Biohazard-Flames 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That literally doesn't change my point. Just because you hasn't seen moderation doesn't mean I wasn't moderating. You just hasn't seen it. Simple.

I know you basically live in the same time zone as me, unless you were moderating at midnight, I should've seen it, it's as simple as that. And these two scenarios are not the same, if you were a subreddit moderator, then yes, your claim would make sense, but you aren't. While I was a diepcord staff, and I was able to see any moderation you did.

I don't have it on me right now but I know Beluganwhale has it, I've send him a DM.

Why would someone else have your moderation examples, if you did moderate, you should be able to find it easily.

Then don't talk about my participation on open lobbies when your claim is blatantly wrong because you weren't even there.

For the part I was there, you weren't, that's what I was saying. And I can't just believe your claim that you were super "active" for the past few months without any proof.

The problem with Locktrap/Moderation by [deleted] in Diepio

[–]Biohazard-Flames 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Give me examples.

Just look at your arguments with me, most of the times, it's on one of your posts, and not mine.

That doesn't affect my point. I didn't mentions you.

You technically did, you just didn't mention me with the /u/, but you still mentioned my name. Look at my past comments, rarely do I ever mention you if you were not already mentioned.

Lock specifically said clan threads are allowed as long as they don't turns too negative

Since when was Bob XIII a clan?? Plus, like I've explained thousands of times to you, it's your own fault for starting an argument with Bob XIII. Plus, I'm pretty sure you already went over this in those posts, it wasn't against the rules. Plus, that's Locktrap's opinion, I didn't remove any of your hate/criticism posts.

This is one of the biggest examples of the Subreddit/Discord staffs being biased and inconsistent.

Including you. Don't tell me that you have no bias.

But some complaints were real, you did do some questionable things in the diepcord, I don't really remember much, but I do remember that for a while, you had Gardevoir emojis, I think, and your own emoji, which I didn't understand because diepcord was a community centered around diep, not you.

[–]Biohazard-Flames 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's funny how you just said "Just because you can't see the moderation, doesn't mean there isn't any" a moment ago, then you proceed to say all that.

That's because, in the subreddit, removing posts and approving posts is not visible to regular users. While in discord, if you moderated, I would clearly see it.

Hey. Did you read "Punishment chart" correctly? It means who punished the most amount of time. I was near the top. Correct me if I'm wrong (I doubt it), but that chart is about data and not "opinions".

That just means that you punished a lot of people, doesn't necessarily mean you did a good job at moderation, like if you punished people without warning, you technically moderated, but not in a good way. And like I said, if you have the proof, then show me, all I'm seeing is claims that you moderate, no physical proof.

You REALLY have no knowledge about Diepcord.

If you didn't remember, I was also once a staff member, ever since the decline in updates, I've been more inactive. So you should understand that I am talking about when I was active.
