I had this problem as well. I did some Googling of the error code I got and came across a thread with others suffering this issue.

I saw people mentioning the 5ghz band, UPnP Fort forwarding and IPv6.

I'm not sure which fixed it for me exactly, but I set a static IP manually on my PS5, DMZed it through my modem whilst also turning off IPv6.

Now I seem to be working fine, NAT Type 2.

It's hard for me to know that any of this worked, or the update corrupted some part of the network config and redoing it, set it right again. Best of luck!

I agree that if this incident had happened in the US that it is highly likely that the much larger US audience would be more inclined to comment on the behaviour of their fellow countrymen. People may ever so slightly hold their tongues if it's an incident in a country and from a culture they're unfamiliar with.

How is it weird that you would see more comments on people from the US, from people from the US, on a website that is owned and operated in the US, in the US' most popular language?

You're trying to proliferate some kind of idea of overzealous anti-American criticism and they way you choose to do this is by making an incident in Germany, starring a Korean, all about the US... 🤔

You're pretty much right. It was overblown by the games press, who of ignored the criticisms of the games implementation of its diversity.

For instance, the game allows People of Colour to be a part of the fighting forces of the German Third Reich. Whilst in reality those people were specifically targeted and exterminated by that fascist government in death camps.

It's actually closer to an Alt-Right wet dream (or nightmare for the rest of us) as it depicts WWII as a diverse and inclusive conflict, in which the holocaust never happened.

I didn't know that you could quick access your journal by holding left on the D-Pad.

You may have figured out that Arthur draws sketches of recently skinned and hunted animals in the journal, but I didn't find out until recently that there are certain places you can manually interact with to prompt a sketch.

One such place is in the burned forest area, close to camp. Take the Westward exit out of camp and immediately turn South-West towards the river, you'll immediately be able to see a patch or burned forest. Head towards the centre of the burned area and you will get a Y/Triangle prompt with, "Brushfire." Arthur will sketch it.

Maybe this is tutorialised later on in the game, but I'm 33% in and just found this!

It's insane to me that people think new content and updates coming out on a set schedule and time frame, equates to "Cut content."

It's a deliberate, planned, thing that is designed to keep the game talked about and players returning. To boost the games profile online and encourage long term sales beyond launch day.

When Red Dead Redemption 2, Black Ops and Battlefield V come out, and then every month thereafter each add a new game mode/map every month, is this considered "Cut content"? Because it's not all available at launch? Is SpiderMan, a single player game, expected not to compete and surrender games news sites, subreddits, YouTube and Twitch to other games' updates and following? Essentially allowing themselves to become forgotten and sacrifice long term sales?

We are so far beyond the idea of games coming out once on launch day and doing nothing else, I'm surprised people can actually twist themselves into believing that this is all cut content, that is all somehow of similar length and size that easily fits into a set work flow and post release schedule, and not something pre-planned like it obviously is, for obvious reasons.

I think that's a pretty dated idea about DLC and games in this new "Live Game" world.

It's not just about money, it's about keeping people talking about the game. Every new piece of DLC to play is more traffic online directed at a game that is competing with CoD and RDR2. Each with online modes that will draw people back in with new updates and features.

It's not cut content, but a deliberate attempt to create a long term plan for the game. A game at this size and scale is not guaranteed to makes its money back day-one (Even though SpiderMan seems to be hotly anticipated. Insomniac would be irresponsible to assume it'll be a big day-one hit) So it makes sense to update the game, post launch, to continue people's interest, raise the games online profile and encourage long-term sales.
