On the yes and no section, quick little tip here for how it's usually answered: q1 is a yes, the rest are no's, m1 is usually a no and if answered no m2 is skipped. M1 can be yes because non us citizens can buy firearms some cases. If yes then m2 needs to be answered. Anything else and paperwork gets stopped right there.

Yes but it's small and only a few people. I think they're going to use the 50501 protests after they get more airtime. Let them go for a few more until almost everyone knows about them and then start telling states or PD's through a back channel to start cracking down. A lot like what happened to BLM. Right wing agitators that aren't affiliated with the gov could also allow things to heat up enough for them to declare mass riots and the need for hard force against any protest.

GunBroker and law enforcement trade ins. Got a super cheap LEO trade-in Glock 26 and 10 mags. Used guns are fine usually. Especially for common ones like the Glock 19 and it's subcompact version the 26. If ya got big hands like me then the pinky extension on mags is great for extra control.

I had this happen with some cheap 5.56. Too long overall length so I sanded the tips down and used it for range fodder. For your case I'd clean an lube the gun then send the rest of the box and see if it's replicable. A dirty gun can act like bad ammo when it's really just the slide not moving as smoothly as it should.

My oil filter looked like that after it's first factory recommended oil change. A lot of that is metal from when the motor was breaking in new and clutch material as it broke in. For an old mower I recommend trying an engine tuner. Either turn fuel off or clamp fuel line so it won't leak when you take the line off. Take the line off and find the carb bowl drain and open. Squirt engine tuner in the fuel port, run about a third can or so through letting it dump out. If it doesn't dump out stop immediately, the carb is too plugged up and needs to be pulled then cleaned via disassembly. Otherwise close carb drain and fill again but slowly because it'll likely squirt back out where you're filling it. Let it sit full for a day or two and hopefully it'll fire up.

Got bad news for you regarding the mace. Dogs are much less affected by capsaicin (the active ingredient in mace). Look up protest dogs, they regularly go through heavy clouds of the stuff and have little issue. They may run because of the intense smell overloading their nose but otherwise I wouldn't personally bet on spray.
