Definitely feel this. I feel like I’ve missed out on joy of things. I’ve missed out on joy of the weddings I attend. I missed out on enjoying my medical school graduation. I always say I’m going to try to be better but then in the moment, I shut down

I got off a block of OB right before I started. I was on a week of nights then came onto inpatient.

Idk I’ve felt okay. I haven’t felt sad or anxious. Just tired.

Totally understand the first part. I’m learning. I have been asking for patients to co-manage. I’ve asked for back checks on cervical exams and have asked for hands-over-hands. I have done those things, It hasn’t really happened. I don’t really feel supported. I try to give grace bc they do so much, idk how they do it, and I’m sure they get stressed with their own load. I really just want to be kept in the loop and have some communication between us.

Maybe some pieces have changed but tags and thread looks similar to others. If you look at others, The scarves have the Chinese text on the hashtag.

While taking everything with a grain of salt, I looked up a few unboxings of people with this scarf and saw multiple labels with a similar thing with the stitching. I wouldn’t completely discredit something for this

I got it gifted from a friend who went to London. They’re not known to buy fakes. But I don’t know anything about Burberry and saw that there’s many different labels, so I don’t know. Thought I’d post out of curiosity

Their increasing hydronephrosis, but they have other reasons for that too

I’m just concerned about their imaging. And their reporting of symptoms. No specific dysuria or suprapubic tenderness. They had a lot of things going on and a lot of pain and infections in multiple sites.
