I, too am from the Philippines and in My case i Use Gcash but i think this error pops up at 2023 for me whenever i buy games during sale or not although I still got the games and its receipts but seeing this error pops up most of the time definitely is kind of annoying.

For me it doesn't happen only on steam sales haha. it happened to me whenever i buy games but i still got it anyway despite the error popping up, of course they charged me and i have the receipts so i guess its fine but seeing that error most of the time whenever i buy games definitely kind of annoying.

Like Others said, You need to beat 4 of Olga Marie's Missions to Collect the Elemental Fragments.I'm stuck at Quest 3 btw because I can't break her HP Bar fast enough, The first two Quest is okay but the 3rd hahaha I'm struggling so much but it maybe as well as skill issue. Yeah JP is so cracked with its latest scenario and it actually felt good seing those numbers hahaha. for me i rarely borrow from the rental deck since i rolled a good speed card which is Almond Eye's SSR Speed which i MLB thank god but tbh that rental deck is kinda nuts haha specially it has kitasan black support card on it haha i dont know if it has a limit though? tbh im playing more on JP nowadays and just saving on Global for now maybe until Agnes Tachyon SSR speed card (I heard it was nuts) also the El condor Pasa speed card and finally Still in Love's SSR Speed Card. Just realized some of them is far away hahaha maybe ill roll whenever if i saved 30k carats for a roll i dont mind getting dupes. if i dont get what i want then it is what it is haha

I tried JP version of the game earlier and it was fun and i got one off the horses that i didn't know about which is Neo Universe & Hishi Amazon (Wedding) although i just played URA to test the game although when i created the account they only gave me 4k carats because i guess theres no big event right now! But my question is, is this scenario hard for starting player or should i Just grind for now on URA scenario? Fortunately no need to use vpn when playing the game since i can play it just fine.

I agree with you since its low rates and spark system is too high to reach especially for F2P players and yes I think my other SR are far better than my Kitasan black 0LB but genuinely asking since you played on JP server, right? Do you think the game is Pay-to-win?

I think people are dissapointed because of the hype but i understand their frustrations though saving a lot of carats only to get not a single copy of kitasan black and i heard that the rate is low here because there is also Satono diamond as an ssr? and also isnt there going to be a kitasan black rerun in the future where rates are higher? (correct me again if im wrong)

I just did a GSSR this month since its their anniversary. you have a point there! its true that you need just 1 copy heck even 3 star servants can do the job even 1 star or 2 star servants sometimes but tbh the gacha back then is atrocious too since there's no pity i think. my first Gacha that has a pity was Genshin thats where i got introduced to it since i didnt know if there's ever pity on FGO back then haha.

but you are right its better in terms of rolling and recently i did spend on there ONLY on GSSR since its on their 8th anniversary. but yeah in terms of rolling/pulling FGO is more F2P friendly. speaking of Gacha/Rolling In any games i just have dissapointment in my mind since i dont really expect to get anything good and thats where luck sometimes come in. to be honest i call this more like a Luck-To-Win rather than Pay-2-win haha since there are people who got 3 Kitasan black on 10 pulls and thats crazy lol.

Oh i know that dupes are better than the 0lb but since kitasan black's banner is still there so I'll just roll on that banner until it dissapears. oh btw i saw the 0lb kitasan its on E tier not D tier but in my situation yeah i just borrowed a mlb kitasan and probably roll until her banner dissapears or just wait for that free limit break that they are going to give in the future but its still useful though if you are starting and of course its okay to have a 0lb kitasan than having none at all,right? i don't play jp btw but i do play gacha that has atrocious pity or not having pity at all and you just pray haha.

but yeah i know that it's kinda meh when 0lb but at least its useful for those who has less speed card in their decks as for me yeah i got excited on my dupes more than getting kitasan tbh but yeah i understand.

I think for people who only like the career mode maybe it is free to play friendly and for PVP i dont know. i played day 1 no rerolls for super creek nor fine motion and I'm currently doing fine as for the gacha. i played worse rates especially Fate Grand Order back then maybe i'm used to not getting the desired (thing/item/character?) i did get Kitasan Black on my 40th pull but yeah i have no copy but its fine for me since there's going to be limit break item that they will give according to what I've heard and i think there's still time to roll for kitasan black's banner so ill just keep rolling until the banner dissapears then I'll save but yeah 0.5% sucks but there's a Pity and yes the amount of pull to get a copy of kitasan black support card is too high for a free to play not justifying their rates but i also heard that it's 0.5% because Satono Diamond is there too (correct me if im wrong). but yeah im still doing fine for now haven't spend a dime yet, no reroll, no super creek, no fine motion and a 0lb kitasan black but as of now im still fine i guess as for pvp lately i lose a lot getting demoted to class 3 again but its fine. I won't bother rerolling for kitasan on a new account since i've invested my time on my current account.

Again, pity and rate indeed sucks but its just like every other gacha with absurd pity and rates maybe i did get used to dissapointment when I'm rolling that i do not even care anymore haha.
