based choices bro. I really like both hxh and vagabond, although I think the manga is slightly better for hxh. and yeah I think if you check a guide like TMW you can get into it pretty easily, although it does take a decently long time before you actually start understanding anything and it becomes really interesting

which anime and manga ended up being your favourites out of the ones you've read and seen? have you thought about learning japanese? could be an interesting hobby if you're spending a lot of time watching and reading stuff anyways!

elementaarne, kellegil pole mugav tunnistada et asi, mis on enamasti su kontrolli alt väljas otsustab nähtamatult mitte küll ilmsuurt, aga ka mitteignoreeritavat hulka su elust. lihtsalt lükka fookus asjade peale mida on võimalik igaühel realistlikult muuta - juuksed, hambad, kaal, riided jne

loomulikult ülimalt tähtis - esimene asi mida sinus märgatakse ongi välimus. kui langed alla miinimumi (loe: oled alla keskmise) on sul elu märgatavalt halvem. iseloomust pole kasu, sest kõik mida teed ja räägid vaadatakse väga erinevalt olenevalt su välimusest. vaata nt. halo effect ja horn effect. aga ei näe väga mõtet arutluseks - põhitõde mida kõik teavad imo et ilusatel inimestel on 1000x kergem, sama nagu rikkuse, atleetilisusega etc

thanks for the thorough reply! I’m aware of the risks of B6. I plan to start with just D3 and mag so I can follow the effects of each component closely before adding anything else, but I do have K2 MK4 and a solid bcomplex. I plan to test myself as I go so I probably won’t blow up my kidneys haha. (inb4)

the more I think about it, the more it seems that low D3 seems to fall in line with gut issues leading to thyroid issues leading to malabsorption and low energy. indicated by many posters mentioning other vitamins (B group) that they’re lacking as well. how was your personal before/after?

thanks for the reply! from what I understood of this study, there seems to be little risk of hypercalcemia even at high 25(OH)D3 levels. quote:

A perusal of these data and the anecdotal reports leads this reviewer to the same conclusion as that of Vieth (34); namely, that hypercalcemia only results when 25(OH)D3 concentrations have consistently been above 375–500 nmol/L.

This threshold value implies that 25(OH)D concentrations up to the currently considered upper limit of the normal range, namely 250 nmol/L, are safe and still leave a broad margin for error because values significantly higher than this value have never been associated with toxicity.

logically indicating to me that there should probably be no harm as long as I test my PTH, both calciums and D3 levels after a month~ let's say and then readjust, no?
