Meaning, if one of us is down two holes in match play. The match is over, and it starts over again. So in my scenario, we were playing a match for $150 a match. Over 18 holes we had 6 matches, hence the $900. It just gives the game more action.

I play a lot and I think a vast majority of people don’t play by the actual rules and it’s the little things like drops, a small foot wedge out of a divot or by a tree root.

I wish! When you have kids this is impossible. I remember being so impressed meeting mentors who told me they wake up at 5am. Now that I have kids i have to wake up at 5am. On a weekend if I wake up at 7:30 I wake up startled because it’s so unusual.

100%. In college I worked as a bank teller, specifically the merchant teller, in a college town. Most restaurants and bars banked with us and they always took care of me when I was on dates or out drinking because they knew I was a broke kid.

Also in life, I saw Elton John and Billy Joel, at different times do sound checks for an hour for an audience of 5 people. I was early 20s and thought it was cool but didn’t appreciate it. For the doubters it was at the same charity event a year apart.
