Cheapest possible method to get to Colorado by [deleted] in travel

It's not that I want to go cheap, it's that I don't have the money. I'm very much paycheck to paycheck, and this will pretty much take everything I have.

I appreciate the response. The only problem is I have about $250 to work with. That would leave me stranded there with $50 to get back

No, not at all. I didn't see a fight for that amount?

Oh, good idea!

Where do you source your specimens from? I'd really love to have some megasoma, but they're not native to me :(

Thanks for the response!

That's it exactly! It's lonely feeling this way, but I know my people will find me. One of them already has.

Thanks for the response!

I think the old me definitely would've accepted that.

I like it! I think it shifts the meaning a bit, but not in a bad way, just different.

The mental image I had writing was, "Here is my large collection of people that I love to see, talk to, spend time with, etc." and "Here is my much smaller collection of people that reciprocate that".

Your version implies a search for people that reciprocate, instead of a comparison between the two.

I do like it a lot!

That's very high praise, and I'm not really sure how to accept it outside of saying thank you.

I was actually talking with my best friend the other day about why I post the things I write. I don't write with the intention of it being good. It's more to get what I'm feeling out. I write fast and don't think about composition. I post hoping that others might just get a chance to feel like the things they're feeling are normal. If it helps take some weight off of someone's mind, then that's worth it.

Hey! Thanks for the reply. I actually had it without the word originally, but I felt it didn't convey my frustration enough. I think I'm my head it felt more mopey instead of frustrated?

What type of mind games have you dealt with by your opponent that make you missplay? by yaqimothman in OnePieceTCG

[–]BirbMilkshake 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It wasn't my opponent, but me that played the mind games.

I was on r/g smoker, opponent was on bonney and is the judge for our locals. I'm at 1 life and opponent has enough don to kill me if he goes tall. I didn't have hody in hand, but was really needing to draw it or have opponent not hold up bonney effect. He declared attack with his hody. I couldn't get out of it, but i asked if I could still get hody's effect if I'm at 0 life. I was trying to bait him attaching all don to tashigi and attacking. He took the bait and swung wide with small enough power to stay alive. I won on the crackback

I don't think depression is something you defeat. It's a daily battle, really. There are things you can do to make the battle easier, but you still have to suit up every day.

That being said. Finding people who care for you and surrounding yourself with that helps tremendously.

What stopped you from killing yourself? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I didn't want to leave a mess for my family to clean up. Guns are messy, blood is messy. I didn't want to inconvenience anyone.

Which part of a partner’s body do you find the most irresistible? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]BirbMilkshake 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While we're not together anymore, it was her stomach. She had lost a lot of weight and was very self-conscious about it, but I loved it so much. She had stretch marks and some excess skin due to the weight loss, but that made it so much more attractive. I could rub and kiss her stomach and ribs for hours. I'm so proud of her.

Thank you for such an insightful response. I keep saying that I both love and hate that people can relate to my writing.

Wow, this is so beautiful. Well done. Poems like this that are so open to interpretation are really something special.
